NVAT Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event you must cancel, we have a couple of ways to do this, by Phone and email. 24 Hours notice required
Bike and Kayak Rentals:
A Credit Card will be taken to hold all reservations. Cancellations made by 10:00am “day of” incur NO charge. The credit card will be charged 100% of the rental fee for any “No Show” at the end of business day of date of reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tour Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Day Tours, Group Tours, and Corporate Events:
Day Tours:
A $25 non-refundable administration will be charged for all reservations. Fee will be applied the day of the reservation. NVAT must be notified (7) seven days before the tour date scheduled will receive a 100% refund minus the $25 administration fee. Cancellations after the (7) day window and prior to the tour date, will be issued a 60% refund minus the $25 administration fee.
Group Tours:
A 35% nonrefundable deposit is taken on all group tours in order to finalize the reservation. Group of (10) or more guests will be charged a gratuity of 18%. Cancellation notice received prior to (7) seven days before the tour date scheduled will receive a 100% refund minus the 35% administration fee. Cancellations after the (7) day window and prior to the tour date, will be issued a 60% refund minus the 35% administration fee. Tour cancellations day of or “no shows” will be charged the full amount of the tour. A credit will be given for (1) year from date of booking to use for another tour of equal or less value.
Corporate Tours:
A 35% nonrefundable deposit is taken on all group tours in order to finalize the reservation. Groups of (10) or more guests will automatically be charged a gratuity of 18%.
A cancellation made 30 days prior will recieve a full refund less a 35% administrative fee. A cancellation received between prior to (14) days before a tour, 50% of the tour cost will be refunded. If you cancel your tour 7 days or less before the tour date, no refund or credit will be given regardless of the time of the reservation. For “A No Show” on the day of the Tour/Rental no refund or credit will be given.
Tour cancellations day of or “no shows” will be charged the full amount of the tour. A credit will be given for (1) year from date of booking to use for another tour of equal or less value.
